* Started on a seperate flow / trail for the release

* Report attestation in the release flow

* get attestation using api

* Started on get_never_alone_compliance

* Moved some never alone scripts

* Moved unused scripts into never_alone/old

* Use 7 char commit on trail so it is the same as we actually do in the CI

* Use app.kosli.com as default if no kosli host is given

* Removed the temporary test code in main build

* Moved create_pull_request_for_old_commit.sh to bin, it is not a direct never-alone script

* Include commit in attestations. Enabled test reporting on branc

* Removed reporting from branch build

* Do not send commit as argument in normal CI since GIHUB_SHA is defined on CI run

* Removed never-alone from release template, fixed up some jq magic

* Renamed release to control

* Do not use the name never-alone-control call it never-alone-trail

* Renamed create_review_trail_for_release.sh to create_never_alone_trail.sh

* Use annotate with link instead of external link in attestation
